Colleague Administrator/Technical Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Function: Perform administrative and technical duties in support of the College's ERP system(s). Lead or participate in implementations, code and test administrative application software and related interfaces. Train users and instructional staff in the use of hardware and software applications related to the ERP system(s).

Resolve system administrative requests regarding the College's ERP system(s), webadvisor and other Ellucian products including but not limited to self-service software, and enhanced system security.
Install and maintain ERP related software, layered products, and third party software. Maintain documentation on the ERP systems, layered products, and third party software and any modifications to these products.
Analyze current system software. proposed modifications, and new software for impact on College standards, and procedures.
Design, code, test, and document ERP and related applications software as assigned by the Director or in accordance with college priorities.
Support and train users to effectively and efficiently utilize the software applications.
Perform in a manner that strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organizational components of the College, including opportunities for student recruitment.

Qualifications: Two years post-secondary education and one year or more SQL experience. Four year degree and three or more years of experience with SQL databases in a college ERP environment preferred (Ellucian Colleague preferred). Interpersonal skills a must in order to assure ability to relate well with persons at all levels of computer competency.
