Nurse Aide Skills State Testing Assistant
Basic Function: Serving as an assistant during the state nurse aide competency examination process. This includes functioning in the role of test site monitor and/or performing the role of the resident/patient.
Salary and Benefits: Hourly wage for this position is $12.26. Retirement benefits as provided by Social Security and IPERS or TIAA.

Registering and monitoring of the nurse aide testing candidates.
Accurate record keeping.
Ensuring confidentiality of the testing process.
Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality of all involved in the testing process.
Maintaining security of all evaluation materials.
Set up and cleanup of the testing setting.
Ensuring all necessary equipment is available and in operational condition.
Perform in a manner which strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organizational components of the College, including opportunities for student recruitment.

Qualifications: Clerical duties and record keeping. Ability to setup and cleanup of the testing site, and playing the role of a resident during testing scenarios. Ability to work flexible hours as the position includes day and evening hours.
